I am a romance author writing fun, sexy, flirty romance stories.
I live in Melbourne, Australia with my very own hero and our two gorgeous heroes-in-training. I love writing and reading (of course) as well as spending time with family and friends. I keep active running after my little ones and doing yoga. If I have time I really enjoy "cooking up a storm" in the kitchen.
FAQsWhy do you write romance?Because I love it! I’ve been reading category romance for years and am a fan of long-time writers Miranda Lee, Emma Darcy, Helen Bianchin, Sandra Marton and Penny Jordan. I’ve always loved writing and when choosing a genre, there was no question it would be romance. What’s not to adore about a dashing hero, a sassy heroine and their Happy Ever After, especially when they weren’t expecting and/or wanting to fall in love |

How did you get started?I'd started my first manuscript but knew nothing about internal/external conflict or how to create tension. I wrote to some of my fav Australian authors (incl Annie West, Trish Morey and Helen Bianchin) who immediately replied with encouragement and strongly recommended I join Romance Writers of Australia (RWA). Perfect timing. I joined RWA and went to my first conference which was being held in Sydney. It was incredibly daunting walking into a room of over two hundred writers and not knowing anyone. However, I met many warm and talented women including my crit partner, Rachael Johns and writing buddy Jess Dee. In addition, I introduced myself to some fabulous authors who were exceptionally lovely and encouraging to me, as a newbie writer. When do you write?I currently work for a large corporate organisation so in between work, looking after my family, household chores and being busy with "life", I write…..usually late at night or on the weekends. How many manuscripts have you written?I’ve completed four manuscripts, to date. I'm currently writing my fiftth manuscript titled "Falling for the Brit", aimed at category romance. Here's a bit about it -
I’m very excited to have achieved so much so quickly and am indebted to not only my family but my writing buddies and crit partners for their support, feedback and encouragement.
